Can I have a detailed description of what 'Public' checkbox will do in widget.

if you will checked public check box then it will be visible without loggin into the service now. 

example: i have widget which has list of html fields and i have added on form. so if user will hit on the portal url with out loggin then he can see those html fields because the widget we have checked as public.
