Hello All , I'm Max a new CSA
I made a survey Which I send to External Accounts and contacts,
when they complete my survey - I see in the overview that the assigned to is "Guest" and mail is "Guest@example.com
- how can I capture the name and Email of the person that fill the survey if he doesn't have an account or contact in the servicenow system.
note : the survey is published and public

@Max Beil I dont think you can get the details of guest user because they are not present in servicenow.
