Publish Button on Knowledge article

Hi all,

Publish button is not visible on Knowledge Article in service operations workspace, but it appears in native UI. How to make it visible again in service operations workspace?

Hi @Hemanth M1  , Yes i checked its enabled and no changes have been made on it. Its only after upgrade we're facing this issue. The button is not visible to admin itself. However its visible in default view but not in SOW.

Check the UI Action if the "Workspace Form Button" is checked or not ?

I can't reproduce the behavior in my PDI, but in my organization's dev instance, the visibility of the publish button in workspaces seems to depend on the value of sn_km_center.glide.knowman.ece.enable. I have no explanation for this behavior, but that's what I'm seeing.
