Published a checked out workflow

I've been learning about editing workflows and publishing update sets, but I have got myself in a mess in my Developer instance.  I created my update set, edited my workflow, tested it and completed the update set. Sadly, I forgot to publish the workflow first, so thought rolling back the update set would fix it.  Sadly it didn't, and I then published the edited workflow.  Can I just create a new update set, make a minor change to the workflow, publish it and complete the update set, or will this mess up any internal consistencies?

Thanks in advance.

Hi Richard,

yes, you can create a new Update Set and you can update your Custom Flow. Make sure the Update Set is in the correct scope.

What you can do is:

1. Create a new update set in the same scope your flow is in ( I assume it is in Global)

2. Go to your scope, unpublish, and do some updates if they are required.

3. Activate and Publish

4. Complete your Update Set

I hope that helps you.
