We are using the Salesforce Spoke to create Salesforce users. Also, in our Dev instance, we've followed the webhook instructions from the URL below. Has anyone used an bi-directional integration between ServiceNow and Salesforce to pull Salesforce Case information into the remote table "Salesforce Cases [sn_sforce_v2_spoke_st_cases]"? We created a new remote table from copying the "Salesforce Cases" table and forcing only 1 ID to update and it works, but we can't get all cases into the OTB "Salesforce Cases" table.
Set up a bi-directional webhook

Leveraging the Salesforce Spoke for user creation is a solid step. Regarding your bi-directional integration challenge, I haven't personally implemented this exact setup, but I've worked on similar integrations. A common hurdle is ensuring that the Salesforce webhook is correctly configured to trigger updates for the Salesforce Cases table. Since you mentioned success with a single ID update, it suggests your basic setup is correct.I recently found this useful resource on Salesforce Dashboard Template for performance analytics. It's a pre-built dashboard in Looker Studio, great for streamlining ad campaign effectiveness. You can check out preview for more info. Hope this helps, and I'd be keen to hear how your integration progresses!

Hello
Has anyone used an bi-directional integration between ServiceNow and Salesforce to pull Salesforce Case information into the remote table "Salesforce Cases [sn_sforce_v2_spoke_st_cases]"?
The answer to this question is a resounding yes, with Exalate, which is a decentralized integration solution, where you can granuarly decide which data will be send over.
You will be able to retrieve any entity and table name so this is just perfect for your use-case.
I would advice you go get a demo from them and see what they say.
