Query on Approvals in ServiceNow

Hi All,

 

Below screenshot is from the approvals table, how to populate 'approval for' for Knowledge article approvals?

For ex. we have value for RITM and CHG records as shown below. How to populate knowledge article number in the similar way?

Not possible, as Knowledge  table not extended from Task table.
