Hi Guys, If i change the item here is possible for the variables to auto-populate accordingly? Let's say i change the item to "Applications" would it populate the Variable for that item?

No, I don't believe it will work.
Even if it's possible, I wouldn't recommend changing it as it may interfere with other processes such as workflow/flow.

Hi Pruvi,
OOB there is no way unfortunately. Also, why would you do that? Once you order a product all you do is cancel the product and not change the product from A to B.

@SNEnthu No, Variables formatter represents the values which were provided at the time of catalog item submission. Since they were submitted with respect to a specific catalog item, changing the catalog item later on will not update the values on variable formatter.
