Hi Team,
I am facing an issue on inbound email notification. I am trying to send an email notification by using the external tool. In that it was configured like it is querying an SQL DB and sending the email in CSV format. In the email(what we are sending from outlook- checked in sent items) it is showing as attachment but while coming in to ServiceNow the content in the CSV is copying in the body of the inbound email. Do anyone faced like this situation ? Please let me know any suggestions.
