Question on Multiple Choice Variable

We are using a multiple choice field on our front-end service portal form.

Business owner has requested to change "-- None --" to "Please make a selection..."

Is here a delivered, out of the box solution to this without heavy product customization?

Hi @dmullinax 

Out of the box (OOTB), no options are available by default, so customization is required. If you decide to add a 'Please make a selection' option, it should be displayed as text and not included as a selectable value.
