Question on RITM workflow

Hi All,

 

I have one particular Catalog item and for that I have created one Workflow, and there is no any Approval, 

and when RITM state gets closed Complete at that time workflow's stage Should also close.

 

Please find the Workflow attached, after Stage approved once the RITM assigned to Someone, what should i do, 

can anybody please help me to get the solution.

Usually we create sc_task so that someone can work and fulfill that request.

Now what should happen and how it should be assigned depends on your customer requirement.

Please discuss this with your customer/business team
