Question with condition builder

I did this query at 8:23am and it does find a change task that has a due date at 8:15am as displayed in this picture using the condition of “Due date relative after 90 minutes ago”.

When I try to be more specific in my time frame and change this from 90 minutes ago to 10 minutes ago, it fails to match this change task that had a due date of less than 10 minutes ago. It fails when I change it to 20 or even 60 minutes ago but it works at 90 minutes ago.

 

Why? How do I change the condition so it finds change tasks that have a due date that’s 15 minutes ago?

I checked your issue and found that, the parameters are very specific and it is OOTB and i doubt we can change. I tried the same and understood, if the due date with in limits (less than) then it will show else.
