Questions on reporting and Dashboard

Can i open a report on click of bar or pie chart, in a different table list view and not the list view of the table on which report is created on?

Can i make one report be interactive to click of another report - to explain it properly - I have 2 reports one shows list of users on x axis, other is a related report to the same table. Assuming when i click on a user on top report the below report should refresh to show the selected users data only (selected user in top report)?

@saint ,

Yes, in ServiceNow, you can configure reports on a dashboard to interact with each other, allowing a click on a bar or pie chart to filter and refresh another report to display data relevant to the selected item. This functionality is achieved using Interactive Filters and Chart Interactions.....

To set this up, first, ensure that the report you want to act as a filter is configured as an Interactive Filter Publisher. This is done by editing the report widget, enabling the Act as interactive filter option, and specifying the field it will filter on.

Next, configure the report that should respond to the filter as an Interactive Filter Subscriber. In the widget settings, enable the Follow interactive filter option to make it responsive to the filter's selections.
