Send notification to one DL and one email for all changes on incidents of one specific company.

I want to send notification to one DL and one email for all changes and updates made on incidents of one specific company raised externally. Tried creating the email notification script but not getting where to add it under notifications. When i open the notifications of the incidents, there is no space to add the recipients. Where should I add?

You can expand "Users" list field and add the external DL in the email address box.

You can create an email notification and utilize a Mail Script to dynamically add recipients. In the notification's Who will receive tab, you can specify recipients using a Mail Script by referencing the script in the Email Script field. This allows you to programmatically determine the recipients based on the incident's company and other criteria. For example, you can query the sys_user_group table to find the group associated with the company and add its email address to the notification. Additionally, you can include a distribution list (DL) by adding its email address directly in the script, ensuring that both the DL and individual recipients receive the notification. Keep in mind that if you're using an external SMTP server, you may need to configure it to allow sending emails to external domains to ensure successful delivery to the DL.......
