I am using a "link output" from the "bot output component" to give the end user a link to download an attachment from sys_attachment table.
The clickable link works fine when tested from the Virtual Agent Designer test window as it downloads the attachment directly. But when I click on the link from the chatbot on the portal home page, it is redirecting to a new tab with "about blank" written in the URL area.
The document gets downloaded only if we click on the "about:blank" thing and hit enter.
