"incident has been created" email notification

While the condition for "incident has been created" email notification is as below, we just noticed that an incident email notification was created when someone accepted a meeting invite. I mean the acceptance of the "move invitation " created an additional ticket with ItHelp, which is annoying. How I can i stop these email to be sent?

Do you have these setup in your System Properties->Em ail Properties?

I added the condition to the inbound action. I turned on the notifications in DEV ,; we didn't received any IT ticket in DEV when accepting the calendar meeting invite. but in PROD we received the IT tickets after accepting the invites.

Did you check the System Log->Emails in DEV? It may be coming, but after you added the condition to inbound action, it may be already blocking those emails.

Yes i checked , but it doesn't create the ticket in DEV. it only happens in PROD. pls see the below screen shot
