While the condition for "incident has been created" email notification is as below, we just noticed that an incident email notification was created when someone accepted a meeting invite. I mean the acceptance of the "move invitation " created an additional ticket with ItHelp, which is annoying. How I can i stop these email to be sent?

Did you Try Accepting emails in DEV? Like sending a calendar invite from ServiceNow Change Management in Dev, and then accepting it in outlook?
When you create a change request and set planned start and end date and assign it to an individual, it will trigger a calendar invite to the assigned to. You need to trigger that and when you receive that in outlook, accept it. So that it can send email back to ServiceNow and you can then test it.

The email should be received in your inbox, when you enable 'Email Sending Enabled'. Also make sure to set the next field (test email address) with your email id, otherwise people will start receiving emails from DEV as well.
You should receive an email as below
Once you accept this invite, it should send an email back to ServiceNow DEV
Make sure you have email receiving enabled as well
