Hello Experts,
I have created a custom role, And I want to give 'create' access on Incidents for that role. I have created 'create' Acl for 'Incident" and 'Incident.*' and for other purposes we have 'Incident Query' rootb BR inactivated on our instance. But, I still don't see 'New' Button on Incident list view.
I want the users with custom role to see the below 'New' button to create incidents.
Any help is appreciated.
Thanks,
Ben.

As per below image New roles add your custom role and save.
Try and let us know.

are you sure you configured the table level CREATE ACL correctly?
Did you Right Click and check the list control if the NEW button is restricted to roles OR any script written in Omit New condition field
If my response helped please mark it correct and close the thread so that it benefits future readers.
