"Preview this Record" does not show form sections

I have a field that references the alm_hardware table.

When I preview the record it only shows a couple fields, and shows none of the form sections:

 I cannot even see the "Asset Tag" or "Serial Number" values when I add them to the list view of my custom table:

What is going on here? How can I add the form sections to the record preview?

The user I am logged in as has admin privileges, and it is not an ACL issue.

Hi @JJG_SNOW 

You may need to designthat in the  sys_popup view for that table.
