"The file type is currently not supported" message when trying to view a PDF attachment

Hi all,

 

while working on the CSM configurable workspace I've noticed that when trying to open attachments I get this error:

The files I am trying to open are .PDF and .jpg (I don't get this error when opening .txt files).

I have repaired the plugin Servicenow Document Viewer, enabled the attribute Use Document Viewer in the dictionary entry (type Colletction) and created the system property com.snc.documentviewer.enable_document_viewer setting it to true.

All of this didn't work so I am asking your help.

Thanks for the link but as I've stated in the main post I've already tried this solution (which didn't work)
