RCA problem Task creation option should not be visible if Problem state is Fix In progress in Wizard

On Problem task wizard where we can click on task type:-

Root Cause Analysis link should not come if the Problem state is Fix In Progress. For New, Assess, RCA state both RCA and General task should be visible.

Can you please suggest how it can be done?

Tried with Interceptor, but still both options are visible.

And in script on wizard how Can I use Problem state value?
