Hi Team,

 

can anyone please help me on this issuse .

 

RITM00XXXX is closed however one SCTASK00XXX is still pending .

 

RITM00XXXX is closed however one SCTASK00XXXX is still pending hence unable to communicate with the requestor.

can anyone please help me on this issue . and provide fix for this WF .

where i need to update and what i need to update .

your workflow didn't reach end then how RITM is closed? any business rule is closing the RITM?

Hello @nameisnani ,

 

Seems your workflow not yet reached to End, this means RITM is not closed because of Workflow. Some other scripts like Business Rules are running on RITMs. Review those scripts once.

Could you please tell what type of BR is running . so that i can check .

it should be after update on sc_task

OR

there could be a flow configured on sc_task as well
