Hi Team ,
can anyone please help me on this issuse .
RITM00XXXX is closed however one SCTASK00XXX is still pending .
RITM00XXXX is closed however one SCTASK00XXXX is still pending hence unable to communicate with the requestor.
can anyone please help me on this isse .
please provide a fix for this .

Hello @nameisnani ,
It seems like the workflow/ floe designer which handles that is configured wrong .
I feel probably there is no condition added in the workflow/flow designer to check the manual catalog tasks before the requested item's closure.
Or else another reason could be the RITM might have forcefully closed.
In order to rectivify this issue.
Please fix the flow/workflow which ever is used in the catalog item.
As well as write one business rule on ritm table whch should run before and when state changes to closed/complete/incomplete/skipped.
If any of the sc task is still active (pending/work in progress) it should not allow the ritm to get closed.
For this ticket i do not think you will be able to try if you can mark the RItm to work in progress but ideally this is not best practice.
You should create an incident and fix this configuration first.

Hi @nameisnani,
Please check if you have "Wait for Completion" checked for your Catalog Tasks as well.
And check the flow stages you are setting in Flow Designer / Workflow. It could be also you are setting a Completed stage before the Task.

Seems your script is not checking if all SC tasks are completed or not before actually closing RITM
which script is that? did you check that?
How it's getting closed?
