Read only field inconsistent

Hello.
I have this field "organizational unit" that should set to enabled if we select a project. However, there are projects that made it set to read only, then we changed it to another project it will set enabled and vice versa.
Can someone know what is the cause of this?

Hello @Donabelle
You can't made readonly field as mandatory. If you have to make field mandatory then you have to make this readable.

Instead of script, could you please try the UI policy way.
