Reagarding Assessment Instance

Hi All,

I am learning Assessment and Survey.

I dont see trigger_id,trigger condition,trigger table fields on asmt_assessment_instance table.

Could any1 tell me what is the issue,why those fields are not showing up for me? These fields are OOB fields ryt?

On Form Layout u can see it's added ,but it is not showing up.

ya i am checking on this "asmt_assessment_instance" table only. I don't see these fields under table columns,why is that?

Please check client script running on that form.

If TriggerId is empty then it hide that field.

You can close few incidents and see assessments generated for that. you are checking OOB assessment instance generated for NPS Metric type and in this case MetricId is emapty.

Correct for other category survey i am able to see TriggerId showing up.
