Received email is not showing in activity log.

Hi All,

Received email is not showing in activity log. When i am sending reply email for closed HR Case a new ticket is getting created as per inbound action but received email is not showing in activity log.

Any help would be appreciated.

This should be marked as the correct answer. I had the same issue. All the admin users could see the emails in the activity log but the users without the ITIL couldn't see it.

Hi Jespher,

How did you done this, The above link given by Josheph is not present right now it seems, can you please help me on this. receive/send mail are not showing in the activity log. please suggest!
