Received emails show "Guest" for internal people

We are in the midst of changing our domain.

Messages sent with the "old" address show the callers name in the Received mail and the incident created from it.

Messages  sent with the "new" address show the caller's name in the Incident, but in Received mail it shows guest. 

Ideas?
