Record Producer - Adding a URL for the end user to select

Hello, 

I need to add a URL to a record producer. I would like this URL to be clickable for the user to refer to a policy that we have. I added a variable type of URL, but do not see where to add the URL so that it can redirect the user if they click the link. What's the best way to accomplish this?

Try to user Rich Text Label variable type instead of URL

Once you clicked on highlighted icon you will get option to add URL as shown below,

If you have URL Variable user can add the URL  or you can give default URL for users.

1. Click on Lock icon to add add URL link below.

2. You can give URL on default value so that users can see and can go the URL.

3. If you are having the policy like below and wants add the URL follow below steps.

Provide and link as below and click on Insert/edit link button.

4. It will looks like below and you can change the Text as per business need and click OK.

5. It will give shows the URL Text as below and can navigate once click on that Hyperlink.
