Record producer is not searchable in portal

I've got a record producer that has a catalog and a category set for it to show on the Service Portal.

It is showing inside the category but not showing while searching.

Any idea what need to check ?

Hi Musab,

I think the issue with category,

under category there multiple catalog items and all are not searchable, can you suggest me what can I check for that ?
