Record producer push variables editor formatter in Case and Incident

Dear Community,

I need to make variables filled in catalog item on the ticket form.
In the widget ticket field, how can I make them appear ? 

One strong problem is that I have a record producer creating an incident AND a variable editor formatter on Incident to see the variables that have been filled.

Can I have a second variable editor formatter in the case at the same time than incident ? And how to expose the variable fields values in the ticket form on the CSM portal ?

I followed the step mentioned by @Shruti  and created that tab for incident and case and it started showing

No not really, you can see it because your are admin. 
Imagine a catalog item that has been opened by a customer > OOTB it creates a Case for him. I want him to be able to see the variables inside. 
If you impersonate the customer I dont see the variables. 
Maybe I need to change an ACL ?

Hi everyone, 

I just get ! it's because every record producer will show the variable values under the "options".
But my real problem is about catalog items, which does not show the options variable to customer neither for admins.
Is something proper to Record Producer ? Or is there any way to show the options variables in catalog items (Reminder that when it's a external customer opening the request, it create a case linked to the request).

I think I've found the culprit looking in the "variable summarizer" widget (the option tab).
It seems that it does not behave the same with record producer or cat items. 
Maybe there are a sys property to change ?
I've check every possibilities : UI Policies, Visible variables etc..
Can't find how to make this appear for cat items
