Dear Team,
If I put a variable "clear variable value" field as "false" in record producer Catalog UI policy actions, then the variables of the record producer are not showing in the HR case form.
Please provide me the solution in a urgent basis.
Thanks

Are you saying that in an existing Catalog UI Policy, if you change only this one checkbox to true, then the variable shows on the HR Case form? Is it only the variable with this box not checked that are not visible, or all variables?

Question 1:Are you saying that in an existing Catalog UI Policy, if you change only this one checkbox to true, then the variable shows on the HR Case form?
Ans: Yes, I have said that, there is an existing Catalog UI Policy action, if I change only "Clear Field Value" checkbox to true, then the variable shows on the HR Case form.
Question 2: Is it only the variable with this box not checked that are not visible, or all variables?
Ans: Actually I have a Record producer Catalog Item in Employee Service Portal i.e. Personal Data changes. When ever a user selected this personal data changes form. This form will give you the 2 check boxes as below:
1. Name change
2. Bank information Change
Whenever the user selects "Name change". 2 Record producer variables will be displayed as below:
a. Enter effective date of legal name change:
b: Enter new legal name:
When ever user submitted the form with required values for the above two variables(a,b) , a HR case record will be opened in HR case table. When I opened the HR case in native UI portal, the above two variables(a,b) not visible in the HR case form due to I have made the "Clear variable value" check box as "false" for the both the variables(a,b) in the Record Producer Catalog UI actions.
When ever I made the "Clear variable value" check box as "true" for the both the variables(a,b) in the Record Producer Catalog UI actions then the variables are visible in the HR case form without user input values i.e. the variables are blank without user input.
@Brad Bowman , Please give me an immediate fix for this issue.
Thanks

The Clear variable value check box should not have any affect on the visibility of the variables. It's more likely a conflict between your two Catalog UI Policies Hide on load and Mandatory..., and clearing the variable causes the Mandatory one to win the conflict. Try setting the Order field on the Hide... policy to a lower number than the Mandatory ones. Post screenshots of both policies if it's still not working correctly.

Thanks for your immediate response. As you told, I have setted the Order field on the Hide... policy to a lower number than the Mandatory ones(enclosed the Screenshot which showing the Order of various variables). Then also, The variables not showing in HR case form. As you asked, I am enclosing the Screenshots of UI policy actions of both (1)Hide variables on Loading the form, (2) Mandatory fields when Legal name change for your ready reference.
Please provide me the proper fix fir this issue since it is High priority.
Thanks
