Hi All,
I have a requirement in ServiceNow, here is the scenario.
1. User is given a kb article link to be accessed in the CSM portal.
2. They paste in this url but they are not logged in, so they are asked to login.
3. When the user logs into the portal they are taken to the csm homepage. And not the original url kb article they pasted into the URL.
My question is, does anyone know how to get the user to be directed to the original url link that they pasted instead of the csm homepage after login?
