Reference field value in Agent Workspace Environment

Hi Friends,
I have a reference field "Configuration Item" on incident form in the workspace view. In general UI I am able to lookup the "Configuration Item" and able to select the records from that. However, in "Agent Workspace Home" I am able to see the same fields configured on the form similar to the workspace view in general UI but I am seeing empty records when I lookup the "Configuration Item".
