Reference field value is getting set to null on save button

Hi Team,

I have create the UI Page and UI Action for workspace, Its working fine, On click of the UI Page okay button, Data is getting passed to Parent page, basically i am passing the Syid and setting to assigned_to field,The problem i am facing is that, On save of the record ,Its setting to null.

Please assist.
