Simple Reference qualifier is working in ITIL. But it is not working in the Service Portal. I've attached a screenshot of the reference qualifier used in the field.
Any idea why it is not working. Please help.
Thank you!

Hi @Shidhi,
The reference qualifier on the dictionary will not be applied to a catalog variable.
You will need to apply a reference qualifier on the variable as well which is located under Type Specifications tab, e.g.
Cheers

Hi @Shidhi ,
Instead of using 3 different conditions, try to use one line of condition ,just try with "System Instance" is one of "Tableau_explorer"
"Tableeau_Viewer"
so on..

Hi @Community Alums ,
There is no- is not one of - condition. So, giving- is not - condition individually.
This is working in ITIL view but not in service portal.
Any idea why it is not working.
Thank you!

Hi @Shidhi
It looks like for the same field you have given condition as AND try changing it to OR condition.
Please mark this comment as Correct Answer/Helpful if it helped you.

Hi @swathisarang98,
If I'm giving OR condition it is not even working in ITIL view itself. Could you please suggest what to check here in this case.
Thank you!
