Hi Team,

I have requirement. Please help on that

the incident form is open, When the user wants to refresh the incident form, Then the form and related list should refresh without reloading the entire browser.

Given there are unsaved changes on the incident form, When the user tries to refresh the form,

Then a confirmation prompt should appear to save changes before refreshing.

I want the ability to refresh the entire incident form (related list as well) without needing to refresh the entire browser, so that I can save time

It's the browser 
reloadWindow(window); this method gets executed when we click on the reload form.
I think it's BOM(browser object model) method. the  way the method works in chrome and Edge is different as they have been implemented differently
