Regarding Error while running transform the map in bidirectional integration

Hello Team,

We are doing ServiceNow Bidirectional Integration where we are getting error while doing transform the map, it is loading status only not moving forward as processed status getting below error:- 

"ConversionError: The undefined value has no properties."

Could you please let me know how we can resolve this issue.

Share the steps involved as there maybe a possibility of column/field type or trying to access a property of an object which doesn't exists.
