Regarding instance

Hello ServiceNow Developer Support,

I requested a Personal Developer Instance approximately 48 hours ago, and my account is still showing "Waitlisted for instance."

I understand that instance availability may be limited, but I wanted to check whether my request is active and if there are any issues with my account.

I urgently need a Personal Developer Instance for my university capstone project, where my team and I are building and testing our solution on the ServiceNow platform. Our project timeline is approaching, and the delay is affecting our ability to begin development and integration.

If there is any possibility of assigning an instance to my account as soon as one becomes available, I would greatly appreciate your assistance. If there is anything I can do to help expedite the process, please let me know.

Thank you very much for your time and support. I look forward to your response.

Hi @Karanpreetsidhu,

If your request is still showing waitlisted, for instance, it generally means your request is active, and you'll receive an instance automatically once capacity becomes available. In the meantime, you could try checking the status periodically.

Hopefully, an instance becomes available for you soon. Good luck with your capstone project! 😉

If you find my answer useful, please mark it as helpful and correct. ‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌😊
