Regression in Change Request

Hello Developers,

I have one query "If the change request needs to be regressed after 'Approval"(or before full approval) but before implementation, what is the process? Does the module support regressing the raised changes request?"

Please help on this part.

Hi @Mayur Patil2 

There is NO OOTB way to do this in SN as of now. It depends on what process you want to build. 

1. You can create a Task and use that for regression.

2. As you said, you can use standard change but again it required template and need to follow the process.
