Hi All,
I am facing a issue while creating the workflow for Release Module where, where I am rejecting the release request, it is reverting back from "awaiting approval" to "planning" state & again while clicking on the "request approval" button, it is replacing the "rejected" approval request from the new approval.
I want to keep the previous rejected approvals as well as the new approval which is getting requested.
Could you please help me in updating the condition for workflow where we can avoid the above issue.

Also find the screenshot for the release request where the same approval is getting replaced.
Once approval is rejected, it is showing like below.
And after clicking on Request approval button, the rejected approval request is getting replaced with the new approval request.
Please let me know if any additional information needed.
