Related List not visible

On Change request form , there is a field on form as well a related list tab -> Service Offering. if the service offering field is filled the tab is visible, if it is not filled tab is not visible.

 

We have checked UI Policy, client script, Business rule, UI action related list but didn't find anything.

Please help what to check.

Have you verified the list control options? verify with unchecked 'omit if empty'.

Some script is hiding that
OR

Configure the List Control and check if -> Omit if empty (True)

es, that’s correct, and I think the visibility code is somehow hidden or included in a script that we can't easily access.
