Related list showing empty, when opened in new tab

Hi All,

We have requirement to show the related list for case which has same vendor, for this we have created new relation ship with both applicable to is case table and queries from is also case table.

under the created related list its showing list of cases with the same vendor from the opened case, but if we tried to open the related link in new tab by clicking on the query, it shows like no record found, but for the system admin it is  showing list of record irrespective of vendor but not showing for other agents with customer service role.

Agents have access to case table to read and write also.

Kindly let me know if any one faces this and how did you overcome this issue.

It sounds to me as if on the default List layout on the Case Table there is a field/column shown to which the Agents do not have access to (Restricted by an ACL). This field is not shown on the related list list layout which is why the related list is shown properly.

Hi,

We are using same the same view, if user access the list from module its routing to same view and showing list of record but from the related list its showing as no record found, we have checked sysparam_view in query its showing the same view.

user has access to table and also field level.
