Related list showing into Section form while adding custom relationship into it

We have a UI action on the RITM form to convert it into an Incident. We want the converted Incident record to appear in a related list. We created a custom relationship for this, but when we add that relationship as a related list, it shows up in the Section view. We need it to display in the Tab view instead.

Hi @karunayadav ,

I think the issue is related to your user preferences. Please check:

  • Navigate to Preferences > Display
  • Make sure the option Organize form sections and related lists into tabs in classic forms is toggled on

That should make your related list appear in the Tab view instead of the Section view.

Go to sc_req_item.LIST from Application Navigator. Go to Configure -> Related Lists and add Incident -> Parent

Go to User Profile -> Preference -> Display -> Select 'Organize form sections and related lists into tabs in classic forms' if not selected already and it should show related lists in tab format
