Related List UI action not working in Service Operations Workspace

Hi,

I am facing a weird issue with the Service Operations Workspace related list UI action. When I click on the relation list UI action, either 'New' or 'Add' button. It does not open any window and it does not respond. Can anyone help in this issue if they have faced it before?

Thank you very much. The Add button is working now. The Event mapping wasn't duplicated when I duplicated the Record Page.

Unfortunately, the New button is still not working. I'm looking into it, but can't seem to find anything.
