related lists are not visible in the instance?

Hi,

I cannot see the related lists in the instance. The instance showed related lists before 3 days, but its not showing now only on my name. Its fine for other users.

Please help me how can i get back the normal instance. I don't have idea what exactly had happened.

A small advice on the way :


I would suggest you to select "After Form Loads". This will increase the performance of the records getting loaded. After all performance matters !!!

Hi Priyanka,



Could you please quickly have check in your form layout if the related lists are present in the "Available" list box?


Go to any record where you do not see the related lists you usually saw before >> Right Click on header >> Configure >> Form Layout >> watch the "Available" list box >> Scroll down in the box to the items marked in Red color (These are the related lists) >> See if your related lists appear here.
