Related lists for Incidents are not showing up in Agent Workspace

In the Agent workspace, the related lists for incidents (task SLA, Child Incidents, etc) are not showing up in the Related Items Menu in any other domain but Global.  This seems to be a bug, I know you can add items to the related items menu and run scripts.  Is there a server or client script that I could run that would display the output of the related records?

Steps to reproduce:
1. Switch to Global domain

2.Open incident in Agent workspace

3. You will see the related lists are there

4. Switch domain to anything but global

5. Refresh the incident record in the Agent Workspace

6. You will see the lists gone

Yes, the issue seems to be due to domain sep

hi all,

 

i face the same issue with my instance.

The related list not show up in the agent workspace in any domain, i already configured the workspace view with the related list menu i want but nothing showing up in the agent workspace.

 

Anyone can advise regarding this?

I talked to HI about this, and they basically blew me off because Workspace is not a domain separated app.  I have not had a chance to test in Paris in my personal dev instance yet.
