Related to Knowledge article feedback Pop-up window

Hi Guys,

I need a help. There is a window that opens up for feedback when we open the knowledge article for the rating/ helpful or flag. How we apply the same when we give feedback from the normal default view (when we view any kb article from: kb_knwledge table -> open article -> click on view article -> click on not helpful and this popup window should appear)?

It is not that easy, as it kb_view is a UI page, you need to check teh code and update.

Can I create a new UI Page for the same pop up?

You can try but it will increase technical debt.

Sir is there any other way to accomplish this? Its much required.
