Related to Knowledge article feedback Pop-up window

Hi Guys,

 

I need a help. There is a window that opens up for feedback when we open the knowledge article for the rating/ helpful or flag. How we apply the same when we give feedback from the normal default view (when we view any kb article from: kb_knwledge table -> open article -> click on view article -> click on not helpful and this popup window should appear)?

You can see Angular template name "kb-feedback-task-modal" which is present under Knowledge Article Content widget
