HI Team,
While updating the named event in Third party vulnerability entries it is updating the Vulnerability item risk rating but not updating the remediation task risk rating.
I am using out of the box scheduled job.
Rollup VI values to vulnerability, Remediation Task (RT), and VI count on RT
Run severity calculator after vuln entry promotion
Named Event-When we update Named Event on Plugin,Risk Rating is updated to Critical and Remediation Task is not updated as Critical
steps to check
Go to Third Party Vulnerability
Select any Plugin which is associated to Vulnerable Item
Add Named Event for that Plugin
Wait for 10 Minute or run scheduled job to promote vulnerability so that Risk Rating can be updated to Critical
Once Risk Rating is updated,it should create Remediation Task for Critical Vulnerability
If there is already Remediation Task associated to it, then it should either update exiting Remediation Task with State as Critical or should create new Remediation Task with Risk Rating as Critical
