Remedy to Servicenow migration

I am looking for any guidelines or approach to follow when migrating from BMC Remedy to ServiceNow. If any one has any inputs it would be helpful.

You may use Imports Set, Transform Maps to migrate the data from external systems to ServiceNow. Also, you may also check for 3rd party tools like http://itsmbridge.com/ who understands both the data models and pre-built tools to migrate the data.
