How to send reminder mail to requestor when state changes to "Awaiting Info" after 10 min in ServiceNow?
We want to count time when state changes to "Awaiting Info"
Ex:
If user 1st state changes to Awaiting Info at 9 PM and then changes to InProgress at 10 PM again the state changes at 10:30PM the time Should count from 10:30PM.
